Who We Are: Kidney WellCare & Counseling is a company that currently serves the St Louis region. Kidney WellCare strives to provide quality, accessible healthcare to all residents in all communities with a focus on individuals and families with barriers to accessing quality care.

Mission: Kidney WellCare mission is to provide evidence-based intervention to help individuals/families maintain and reverse the effects of diabetes. We want to eventually lead in the fight against the consequences of diabetes and support those in the prevention of Chronic Kidney Disease.

Kidney WellCare is a mobile Diabetes Self Management Education and Support (DSMES) company. Are unique partnerships are tailored toward your organizational needs and goals.
